I'll tell you what ELSE locks them out-especially the BM's: failure to register for Selective Service. When you explain to them why they cannot get financial aid or why they are not employable, they look at you as if YOU were the cause of the problem....or, they say they didn't know anything about it; nobody told them. They went to school; they know when these recruiters come around, they will remind every male that they must register when they turn 18, so I don't get what the excuse is supposed to be about other than lack of personal responsibility. ForestElfQueen Oh! Well, I was working support staff for Oracle Open World Convention 2010, SF CA in the downtown Marriott Hotel. There I spied a really good looking well kept WM kinda being an attention whore sitting with his legs cocked open in a busy area. Being a 3rd generation tabloid reader (yes, thanks Mom and Grandma, lol!) I recognized Brent Spiner aka Data. The man looks fantastic and dressed like a dream. I walked right up and told him who he was. He stood and chatted kindly. Said I followed his homie LeVar Burton on Twitter. "Follow me, too" he said.

I thanked him for his time walked away... then backtracked to ask for a quick picture.Hey! I am bold and celebs got to where they are because of support from fans.

He said no picture but invited me to get a pic with him later that day at an event. Meh. Dude, I'm here now and have to work later...still, no pic. He was nice about it though, and when I last saw him he was surrounded by well-wishers and he looked very pleased with himself.

Guess what? I never followed him on twitter like why the hell would I do that.

ForestElfQueen I've met scores of celebs here in town he was about a 5 on a scale from one to 10. If had had posed he would have won some excellent good will and valuable PR on twitter and blogs. I don't get celebs and their no pic/no autographs. Its called SHOW biz-open to the public. If you don't wish to be approached and loved wear a disguise, simple.

I agree with AvaRay's statement about Robin Thicke trying to save face: I like him as artist and it is clear to see in his videos and when he is walking the carpet that he has a love for black women. I think that because he was interviewed by a magazine geared towards black women (not black men) he felt pressured to downplay white men and upgrade black men so that he would save face. OF COURSE, women are better off with men whom they are compatible with. If he doesn't think black women are better off with white men, whom does he think we are better off with? Black men? Come on!? @keeks Y but you know that's part of it but it's become more sinister and diabolical than that. They keep coming back but this isnt random it's planned that's the sick crazy part, this more than ppl seeking attention this is ppl seeking to control and victimize bw. Sociopaths/NPDs don't have anything but victims and accomplices they can make victims. Planing all this on another site is just beyond attention-seeking. At first I thought some of this was exxageration but after being here do long and witnessing this, yea this isn't paranoia, there are folks out to get this blog and it's participants.

keeks Y Yup, I've noticed in the last couple of months as I watch them try to infiltrate, they are adapting themselves and getting more sophisticated. They're studying this blog. Oh every time I think about this after studying and reading about NPDs, it's all just screaming NPD to me. wow! In a relationship you can cut them off and they lose power but in other arenas it's harder b/c they exist in all facets of life.

Toni_M You know you're right and if the trolls could just get this little tidbit they could save themselves a lot of time, frustration and what little brain power they have doing something more constructive. But the mistake they make time and time again is they think this is about them. But really that's the only way a NPD operates, as if all things are about them. They don't get that this is not about them, this is about bw, bm are just a sideshow. The concern is to empower bw but some people don't want to see bw empowered and NPDs definitely don't want to realize that they are not the center of everyone's world. They think they know why we're here, there's always this assumption that we're all here b/c we've all been done wrong by a bm and of course NPDs would think that but once again it's not about you dude. I don't love nor do I hate random bm, I don't love nor do I hate random wm. But the mindset of NPD is that everything is about them and how dare you have a conservation or life not centered around them. They think they deserve the best, it's kind of a compliment b/c they see us as the best so they want us back, they think they deserve us. It scares them that bw are educated, thinking clearly and critically and have seen the light and are now exercising their options leaving them more and more isolated in the bc with only the most desperate and dumbest of women. It sucks to be them.

Actually, it occurs to me if BWE and IRR sites for BW are popping up all over the place, then "the secret would be out" that BM are not the be-all-end-all lovers that they've been made out to be. Of course we can't be blamed for that cat being let out of the bag. As more and more non-BW are being left to raised biracial children by themselves and with no support, among other areas of increasingly non-intraracist dysfunction, it's bound to get out anyway. What are these DBR males going to do when the Beckys, Ming Nas, and Selenas all realize that catering to the skin-tone fetish of these damaged males isn't worth the trouble?

I imagine these desperate questions are at the back of these persons minds when they come beating down the doors to sites like this. As for the NBAB women, they can forget it: They'll remain nothing more than doormats for these males, since they're already well underfoot.These women will be trampled on the way to the next best thing. You'd almost feel sorry for them if they weren't so determined NOT to catch a clue.
