I found out that I’m an upside down triangle–my shoulders are wider than my  hips. So the Ipanema works because it has a plunging neckline that breaks up the horizontal lines of my shoulders, and has a corseted waistline and a flaired bottom to it give the illusion that I have more of an hourglass figure.
