Njideka Akunyili received her bachelor of arts with honors from Swarthmore and a master of fine arts from Yale University School of Art.
Currently, Akunyili is presenting an Artists-in-Residence show at the Studio Museum in Harlem – 144 West 125th Street, New York, NY 10027 from June 14, 2012 until October 21st, 2012.
