I’ve never asked any of you for anything, but now, I must. No Wedding No Womb is in desperate need of funds to start DOING some hard work to find solutions to the rampant out-of-wedlock problem in the black community. I’ve put in hundreds of hours of my own time, but for this program, I’m WAY out of my depth. This year we’re launching the “Map Your Future” campaign, in which we will select 20 lucky high school seniors and first year college students to participate in a ground-breaking online, remote mentoring program. That means we have to build an entire social network from scratch. Why? Because once we get our mentors and mentees together, we’ll have them connect at one place, through video chat and instant messaging. Now, a person who wants to mentor a child in Fontana, CA but lives in New York can do good while in the comfort of their own homes in their fuzzy bunny slippers.

Our immediate need is to higher a brainiac to write the code for this platform, which will cost thousands. Then we have to raise the money for the scholarships. 20=$20,000.
So now I’m asking, no; begging for your help. I’ve never, ever, ever asked, but this is so much bigger than me. We discuss how black women need support and resources, well here’s the time to put your money where you mouth is.
