Day Two of the Curly Twist-Out

Yesterday I sported curly twists and was happy with Day One, but was concerned with how it would look after I’d slept in “the mushroom cloud” all night. Surprisingly, it looked pretty good. But I decided to twist the first 1/4 of my head, pin behind the ears, and let the rest stay loose. I sprayed a little water and shea butter on that part, and here’s how it came out:

Surprisingly, it looked pretty good, and so far I’m not seeing any knots or tangles.  I decided to twist the first 1/4 of my head, pin behind the ears, and let the rest stay loose. I sprayed a little water and shea butter on that part, and here’s how it came out:

I’m hoping that it’ll stay till tomorrow and then on the fourth day I’ll do something different and hope I don’t look like Buckwheat’s step-cousin.
