i love the movie idea.  I was already wondering if you were thinking about "How long would it be, before the book hits the screen?"   I am already finished with the book and I received mine Friday afternoon...  LOL....

 Christelyn  Well I am home due to recent surgery and have been made to sit down.  I have not put the book down.  Even while in the car riding with my Mother who was driving me around, I was reading.  I am not always a fast reader especially with homework, but , you did extremely well with this book and I have all the confidence in the world that you have more to give.....

A bit of interesting self-confession on the part of the author. Perhaps this situation is more common that generally accepted.

 

Remember, I was the first to point out a possible cinematic treatment. My advice: surrender artistic and content control for a bunch of money up front and a percentage of gate and a percentage of follow-on. They'll probably rewrite the whole thing as a star-making vehicle for Kanye West and a reprise of the male cast from "Think Like A Man". Swirling Black women will shame-facedly return to the unicorn-filled world of Black Love in the rewrite for the requisite Politically Correct feel-good ending. It's what Hollywood knows how to do and they do it well. Too well. Ask Ernest Hemingway, et al.

 

You'll hate how they raped your book and cry genuine tears of rage, betrayal and disgust. All. The. Way. To. The. BANK!!!!

 

Write another book!
