Interracial and intercultural mixing is at an all time high. Yet, black women continue to be under-loved and under appreciated–and frankly, some of us are little skittish about dating someone outside our race. If you reading this blog, I’m guessing that you’re at least a little bit open to the idea of meeting someone who has a completely different background than you. And if you’re still holding out for your black prince, go for it. Just don’t overlook the yellow prince, white prince, and red prince you might pass without a second thought.

This blog is meant to support a movement. If you’re in an interracial and/or intercultural relationship, come here for support. Come here to see other couples that look just like you.

I am the organizer for Interracial Dating and Social Connection (IDSocialConnect) Meetup Group and it has been great meeting other people, espcially other Black women, in the DC Metro area open to interracial relationship.

YES!!!!!!!!
As a Ukrainian White Man, living in US for 30 years and being Happily married to an African Amedrican Woman, born and raised in LA, California. ALL I can say: Race and skin color does not matter.
What matters is the SOUL.
And as ONE VERY WISE MAN SAID:
ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well said, Yury.

nice, is there some sort of meetup or place to go too? i live in NYC and i'd love to know of other multicultural couples, to hang out with, support, etc.

I'm waiting on my white, brown, yellow or red prince...and he needs to hurry up lol.

Amen!!!! I 100% agree with this post. Black women, and all women for that matter, deserve to be loved FULLY. Whether that love comes in a white, yellow, red, or brown package is irrevelant. To all the women out there, please give yourselves a chance! Love without racial boundaries is how God meant for it to be.
