Nutritious, Thirst Quenching Mint and Cucumber Spritzer!

I love to drink sparkling wine during the hot summer months. But if I start to early on the booze, I’ll be passed out by noon. I also like mojitos, but…same problem. The two things those beverages have in common is they are both cool and bubbly. Since neither of those things require alcohol, I’m all over it!

Have you ever gone to the spa and gotten water with mint and cucumber? It’s good, huh? Makes you want to drink more water, huh? Since I’ve got cucumbers, lemons and mint growing like crazy, I’m going to be enjoying this spritzer well into September!

Nutritious, Thirst Quenching Mint and Cucumber Spritzer!

  • 8 oz sparkling water or mineral water
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint leaves
  • One small cucumber
  • One lemon wedge
  • Ice
  • 1 tsp stevia

  1. Put ice into glass and tear the mint leaves to release their flavor and sprinkle them over the ice. Add the sliced cucumber, squeeze the juice out of the lemon wedge. Sprinkle on the stevia. Pour sparkling water over the mixture, stir and enjoy!
