Honey Chipotle Sticky Baked Wings

Great, easy to prepare recipe for finger food at any sports party or get together.

Number of Servings: 6


3 lbs Chicken Wings (approx. 36 wings)

1 tsp Salt (or enough to coat chicken)

1 tsp Black Pepper (or enough to coat chicken)

1/2 cup Honey

1/2 cup Chipotle Bbq or hot Sauce

2 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard (for sweeter wings use Dijon)

1 Clove garlic, minced

thin lemon slices


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut off wing tips; freeze for stock. Cut each wing at joint to make 2 pieces (or buy chicken wing dings). Season with salt and pepper. Place chicken on half sheet baking sheet, Bake until done, (approx. 25 minutes) turning to gat all sides crispy.

Combine honey, barbeque sauce, mustard and garlic in small bowl; mix well. Put cooked wings in a bowl (per serving) add some sauce and toss till fully coated. Allow to dry a few minutes. Serve wings with extra sauce, and lemon slices.
