Because I face my own battle of the bulge, what better way than to impose my own torture upon you? As they say, misery loves company. So every week I’ll host an “exercise of the week,” and it will most likely be a move that I’m working to perfect that will target my problem areas–flying squirrel arms, spare tire and thighs of cottage cheese.
I find that the most toning and muscle-building exercises I do is some combination of yoga, pilates and the Barre Method (yo.pila.barre). This exercise is a hybrid between yoga and the Barre Method. BTW, when I say “matronly” that’s just a euphemism for fat. lol
