Next month will be my first year completing my “Grow and Eat” self-challenge. I’ve learned so much, and what I use and how I care for my plants really shows. With gardening, you truly get what you give. The more you care for your plants and their needs, the more healthy and delicious foods you’ll have on your table. Right now, my patio garden (formerly a concrete slab good for absolutely nothing) provides 50% of the food I consume every day; and the results are in my level of energy, my clear skin, and overall well being.
