Good work Christelyn; I admire your drive and self confidence.
Wanted to mention: Whenever using any product containing hydroxy acids or fading ingredients, be sure to double up on sunscreen when going out. The skin is more sensitive to sunburn issues then and dark skin is prone to hyperpigmentation (which sends you back to square one) due to sun exposure while using such products.
Okay, am I the only fella on here man enough to admit that we watch Christelyn's exercise videos because she's hot?
Blanc2 I avoid watching her videos because she's hot. I have to maintain a professional relationship with her. :P

AabaakawadBlanc2 At one point, I was told that, with the Hawaian hula, you watch the dance and interpret the motion of the hands - with the Tahitian hula, you just watch ... and drool - I feel the same about Chris' exercise videos.
Eyes front, you vile tomcat!

LOL, you guys are a hot mess.
There's nothing like a round female behind to look at. Keep's a guy from thinking too much. My wife is totally convinced that God must be a man. Why, I asked? Just look at the way women are made, she says. I've got to agree, that's a powerful argument.
FriendsofJay I think it has something to do with blood transferring from one head to another.
Brenda55 Shame on you. LOL. You can read my mind!
Love my magic circle! I'm sitting at my computer right now and it is between my legs.
Christelyn Karla hahah
Christelyn I know, but it's true!
How about barbell squats for a rounder and firmer derriere?!
THercules I'm not against them, only precaution is to make sure you have appropriate form--especially if you have back problems.
Good Lord, I love it when you post pics like this one, Christelyn! Keep 'em coming!
I was in B&N and was looking at buying a mag just for the bum exercises. Glad I waited! The 10 or so exercises looked like you would fall over and break something but it really was about targeting muscles that never get worked. What you are doing on here looks like what I saw in the mag.
IS Clinical for elephant skin? Something over the counter actually works? I'll have to see about that for dd, the athlete. She has problematic areas along her arms and legs actually. Next option is the Dermatologist.
Walking up and down large flights of stairs works too! :)
Christelyn DejonneeRoder I work out at Gold's Gym for about 2 hours. Before I go, I would eat something with carbs, and take a supplement for energy. 15 stretch, 15 min speed walk on the treadmill, weight-assist pull ups: 3 reps of 10, 2 reps of 10 sit ups, 2 sets of 10 leg lifts, another 15 stretch, and the rest of the time cardio. :) I prefer a gym environment because the whole ambiance of people working out gets me in the mood to do my best. (besides rubbernecking some hot guys haha)
I need to lose about 15-20 lbs more (already lost 40 and went from size 12 to 6/8) and tone before getting bikini ready, so this will definitely help. Lately, I have been working out with DVDs that I have checked out in the library. They're all pretty good, however, I'm thinking of actually purchasing a couple before my move. So, I'm going check out the disc mentioned in the OP.
