Very good; production values improving.

I especially like the music. It's light, and not too much like instrumental rai or bhangra. Just right.

I await the DVD.

Law Wanxi LOL thanks, Law. The production is better because this was professionally done by a friend of mine, Joe Wheeler.

Chris you already look strong and lean. The beach setting is perfect. I like yoga, but I hate sliding all over my yoga mat. What kind of mat is that you have? And when will the dvd be available?

Just finished doing this in a yoga class at the gym; sure wish I was with you on the beach! I see your Magic Circle there, too. I love that thing! Just had a Click shake and now I'm ready to start the day!

Is the Click shake filling? I've been buying a vanilla protein mix from Trader Joe's, but I'm thinking about trying Click.

glamdoll It is for me because I add flaxseed, walnuts and (homemade) yogurt to make it like McDonald's shake but healthier.

CLICK is delicious and filling, especially if you add ingredients like fiber, flax seeds, or chia seeds. If you have a blender, you can hide your greens--add some spinach and banana and a cup of ice with some almond milk--it will be delicious. glamdoll Karla
